Been a site head/site engineer for 6 months before I stepped up as a Project Manager on a construction site. My degree is associated with the job, so it was quite good as a starter. Within a few months in the field of construction, I realized that management was my favorite part of my job. I love being in administrative tasks, including leading a project, making schedules, establishing timelines, email management, estimating, budgeting, planning, and supervising—making sure a project successfully moves from planning to completion.
